Why this book should exist

I teach sociology in Accra. Half of my students live a life their parents don't recognise, and the other half live one their friends abroad don't believe.

There is no book that takes the so-called diaspora generation seriously without trauma-bait or romance.

I want to write a small, bright, confident book that says: belonging is a verb, not an address.

The promise

A short, structured guide — six chapters, each a small skill — for living a life that is layered, plural, and proud.
